I’ve got to take a few weeks off from the game. But I have a good reason, I’m getting married!

This week is ocean week! Keep an eye out for clues pertaining to the deep blue sea.. I have no idea what I’m going to come up with.
Regarding last week’s winner – I’ve decided to call it a tie among everyone who played. My clues were so bad and misleading that it just doesn’t seem fair to give anyone the crown. I’ll try to be less stupid from now on.

I’ve decided to make a slight adjustment to the scoring system to try to keep it fair for those of us that can’t sit in front of the computer hitting refresh every two minutes. Starting next week you won’t receive any additional points for answering multiple questions in a row. If you happen to get lucky and hit a few in a row, you can pretty much end the game before the afternoon. That’s just not fair. Under this scoring method, someone who answers 5 clues correctly throughout the day will have a lower score than someone who answers 3 in a row. So, say goodbye to those bonus points, and say hello to closer competition!

With Mother’s Day right around the corner, we at Octavarius have decided to devote this week to the women who are #1 in our lives; Our moms.
This Wednesday’s clues will pertain 100% to the women who brought us into this world. I promise I’ll come up with a great clue for “Stop or My Mom Will Shoot!”
